Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
YES! I am licensed through Hillsborough County, FL—License # , Bonded + Insured through PCI (Pet Care Insurance).
How long are the visits?
When you are gone for 24 hours or more, there are minimum requirements for visits in the day for pet safety and health:
- Minimum 2 visits per 24 hours. Max 4 visits
When do you visit?
- Early Morning: 7-9:00 a.m.
- Morning: 9-11 a.m.
- Midday: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Afternoon: 3-5 p.m.
- Evening: 5-7 p.m.
- Late Evening: 7-8:30 p.m.
*The most common set-up for 2 times-a-day visits is a morning and evening visit.
Can you do pet care on holidays + weekends?
Yes. All services are available 365 days a year, 7 days a week.
Is there a meet and greet?
Yes! It will be a virtual consult over Zoom. I will review all your pet care needs and locations of pet items and meet the pet(s) in your home.
*A trial visit is required for all new clients when no humans are home, after a consultation is completed. I will complete a visit to do a ‘dry run’ and ensure success for future visits. This is a charged visit.
Do you require vaccines?
I do require proof of a rabies vaccine, blood titer, or waiver letter provided by a licensed veterinarian.
I HIGHLY recommend speaking to your veterinarian about these vaccine recommendations:
- FVRCP (Rhinotracheitis virus/herpesvirus 1, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia) + FeLV
Clients can provide proof by uploading a picture showing the pet's name and the next due date of the vaccine.

How will I be billed and paid?
I provide a link to my payment system. Payments can be made with any type of credit or debit card.
How much are your services, + what's included?
Daily visits starting as low as $25 per day (up to 3 cats).
- half hour, 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hour visit options
- feeding + water care: custom diet care, treats, refresh of water, medication, etc.
- litter + box care: refilling, clean up, maintenance, etc.
- pet clean-up + maintenance: hair balls, vomit, hair, blankets, cleanliness, etc.
- companionship + love: cuddle, conversation, music, etc.
- mental + physical exercise: supervised porch time, toys, lasers, catnip, etc.
What are your reservation policies?
- Can be made 24/7 at your convenience online via the "Book Now" link on my website.
- Visit(s) requested less than 48 hours prior to first service will incur a $20 fee (maximum: $20) + have to be manually processed via telephone.
Non-Premium Day(s) Reservation Payment:
- New clients: A 100% in full payment non-refundable, non-transferable (no credits/refunds) due within 48 hours at time of booking.
- Existing clients: A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable (no credits or refunds) deposit due within 48 hours at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the first visit, or the day of the booking if less than 14 days prior to the first visit.
Premium Day(s) Reservation Payment:
- All clients: A 100% in full payment non-refundable, non-transferable (no credits/refunds) due within 48 hours at the time of booking. Partial cancellations are not accepted.
